Gotta Love Beach Days...

Hey all,

Happy Friday! Or at least it is here...it is only 9am here and I am already up and kicking. My dorm has cleaning ladies that come once a week to clean our kitchen/bathroom/etc. and ours decided to come at like 8:30 this morning! That stunk but oh well, I shouldn't really be complaining about someone cleaning up after me!! Hahaha I just wanted to sleep in longer. Fridays are pretty ideal here since hardly anyone has classes. Today my girl friends and I are going shopping in the morning, heading to the beach all afternoon, and then coming back to campus for a work-out class tonight. Sounds like the make-up of a pretty amazing day eh? Rough life I lead down here I know...

I seriously cannot even begin to express how much I truly love it here. It already feels like home here and I haven't even been here a month yet. I love the campus, my dorm, and all the people! My good friend Adriana and I were talking about how we could totally see ourselves moving down here for good, it is just crazy how you can feel totally different about yourself and your outlook on life just by relocating where you live! Honestly, I am truly happy hear and totally at peace with everything going on in my life. Stress does not really exist around here-which is HUGE for me because at home I am constantly worried and stressing over something! Ooo I just love being down here!!!!

So around here fast food does not exist-like AT ALL! It has been driving us crazy but it totally puts things in to perspective about how dependent our lives are on food, especially crappy food, when living at home. It is SO nice getting a break from eating junk all the time but at the same time we are counting down the days until we get Taco Bell again hahahah!!!

This weekend is going to be pretty low key. One of the girls living here has to up and move back home to England tomorrow for some internship thing so they are having a party for her tonight. They literally found out yesterday-and we are heartbroken. She was one of the girls that I loved hanging out with! She is the biggest sweetheart and so funny, thus she is going to be greatly missed!!!!!! So tonight will be pretty bitter sweet...tomorrow we have our commencement dinner. It is like a big formal dinner hosted by my college (aka Bara-the dorm I live in). Everyone has to dress up and the boys even have to wear ties! It will be fun seeing everyone all fancied up! I am sure we will make time for the beach this weekend too...

Well it is getting to be prime sun time (hahaha well really it is only like 10 am but it looks goregous out) so I better scoot. My bff here-Adriana and I have SUPER pumped to hit up a mall today-it has been ages since we have gone shopping!

Miss you all (even though I love it down here I still miss everyone at home) and hope to hear from you guys soon :)
